TONY X. MA, PMP
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Tony is the President and Owner of Benten Technologies, Inc. He has a Masters Degree in Telecommunications and Computer Networks and is a certified PMP with over 15 years of experience managing, implementing, and delivering solutions for global enterprises. His experience includes work in industries such as federal and state government, telecommunications, financial, and health care. His expertise includes implementation of Program Management Offices, IT strategic planning and analysis, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) evaluations, and research and development (R&D). Tony has worked with many organizations and agencies including Veterans Health Administration, State of Maryland (all 64 agencies), NIH Institutes (NIA, NIDA, NICHD, and CDC), FDA, MedStar Health, and various universities (University of Alabama at Birmingham, George Washington University, Northwestern University, Johns Hopkins University, Tufts University and others). His hobbies are playing golf, spending time with his kids, and reading.
KATIE CHANG, PMP
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Katie has a Masters Degree in Telecommunications and Computer Communication and is a seasoned Project Manager with 15 years of leadership experience in management and business operations. She is PMP certified with the Project Management Institute. Her expertise includes IT strategic planning, implementation of large scale enterprise solutions, Application and Information Architecture, and R&D. Katie has worked for many organizations and agencies including Department of Labor, State of Maryland, NIH Institutes (NIA, NIDA, NICHD, and CDC), FDA, Veterans Administration, MedStar Health, Rehabilitative Institute of Chicago (RIC), and various universities (including George Washington University). She is currently pursuing a second Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
